Rhythm Base

Started by drummers for drummers in 2006, Rhythm Base is Scotland's largest drums and percussion retail store. Drums are their thing! They have dozens of kits, hundreds of cymbals and loads of percussion, hardware and accessories available and to try in their purpose built demo room if you visit their store in Glasgow. They're all about try before you buy.
Our task was to design their new ecommerce site to allow them to fully serve their market and update and manage their extensive product range efficiently and profitably.

The main focus of the site is the online shop with its substantial product range powered by activecommerce. activecommerce provides comprehensive features and functionality to the Rhythm Base team and their customers alike. Many new features have been added to the site to ensure consistency with in-store offers and services, such as their popular tuition and drum clinic sections.
Since it’s launch in 2008, rhythmbase.com has seen substantial growth in sales, visitors and conversions.
